Temporary pause...

Well, my monthly visitor is here and so yesterday and today have been rather painful. I think I'm out of commission for another day or two, although I might try walking--slowly--tomorrow. At least I haven't had to crawl around on my hands and knees like I often do... Anyway, I'm trying to drink my water and eat healthy--except for finishing that pie. :) Hopefully I'll get some running in Friday or Saturday. We'll see.
