Food Diary

You should try the food diary from the healthy links thing. I have found in really interesting. It breaks everything down and you can see exactly what it is you're taking in. And for a while I've been wondering if I'm not getting enough calories, and now I know that is the truth. Interesting, at least, and the list of foods is surprisingly comprehensive. I've tried other online food journals before and you can only record stuff like "Quaker Healthy Start Oatmeal" or something strangely specific. I typed in chuck roast because that's what we had for dinner, and it had a TON of choices. Anyway. Thought you'd like to know :)
