Just finished my training (running, tonight) for today and did a few arm weights. I'm exhausted!! However, I think it has more to do with my crazy day then my workout... If making bread, straightening and vacuuming, weeding and planting, pushing YD around on her big wheels, teaching school, and various activites count as a workout then that WOULD explain my exhaustion! :)
Good job on your walking OD to and from school! And I would definitely go with the 450 calories burned--that's awesome! Oh, and I do like that website. As a matter of fact it's the same one I was telling you about a while ago. I joined it a few months ago and used it religiously for a few days--enough to give me a good idea of what I was doing right and what I could improve. I also don't get nearly enough calories. It's so easy to get too many fats and sugars long before you've gotten enough calories...darn it all. Anyway, I love the idea of entering in everything I eat, but it's hard to find the time. However I have a pretty good idea of what I should and shouldn't eat (ice cream for the fourth time that day--sadly, no; another serving of veggies--yep). Anyway, I'm happy you found it. One of these days I'll have to do a random sampling of sorts and enter in all my diet and exercise info for the day and see how I'm doing. But that will be a day when it's not 12:45 a.m. and I still haven't showered after running.
