Well, I did not stick to any sort of healthy anything over the weekend, so I think I better buckle down today! Here are my goals--some are daily, some are weekly. (I figure I'll post them all now so that later I can just report in--saves a little time!)
Daily: drink at least 8, 8 0z. glasses of water, get to bed by 10:00 p.m. (except on Friday/Saturday nights?), and keep a daily food journal (Yes, I decided after this weekend that I needed to do that for a week to get back on track. I will hate it because it takes up too much of my time, but it does discipline me! And yes, I'm going to enter everything...painful as that could be!)
M/W/F: run on treadmill for length of time/distance given in 5K training schedule
T/Th/Sa: cross-train for length of time given in training schedule--allowed one day off for good behavior! :)
Okay, so those are my goals for the week. I'll do my best to report in at the end of each day--or maybe early the next. Anyway, good luck to both of us!!
